IDENTITY
Passion Planner is a very successful eCommerce business that sells yearly dated and undated planners for those with big goals.
STRUGGLE
There were various aspects of their site that needed updates. They had recently moved to a platform called BigCommerce and parts of the new platform are difficult for the staff to make customizations and use.
Discovery
Time was spent investigating how their platform was built, and then customizations were made throughout their site to make it easier for their users to use throughout.
RESULT
We have an ongoing relationship with Passion Planner where we continue to perform regularly scheduled maintenance and add in new features to their website.
