Mr. Tint San Diego, an innovative tint shop with multiple locations, sought to pioneer an online sales and appointment-booking model for their tint service, aiming to make pricing transparent and accessible around the clock to their San Diego County clientele.
STRUGGLE
The challenge was to enable a pioneering online service purchase and scheduling system that hadn’t been widely adopted in the tint industry, requiring seamless integration of pricing, appointment booking, and payment, all while maintaining optimal SEO performance.
Discovery
We developed a WordPress site, enhanced with WooCommerce and Elementor, integrating custom code to ensure smooth booking and checkout processes. Leveraging Calendly for scheduling across their three locations, the site enables post-appointment automations, such as review requests, tying together the customer journey from online booking to offline service completion.
